This year’s 6th Annual Holiday Hoopla Parade is sponsored by the New Paltz Rotary. The parade steps off at 1PM from the New Paltz Middle School parking lot and ends on Plattekill Avenue (at the Village of New Paltz's Department of Public Works Parking Lot).
Holiday Hoopla was born at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic (2020). The participants in that first parade or procession were determined to do what they could to bring some good cheer during a very challenging time for our community and for us all. Here is the video from that first year!
The holiday season can be a challenging time on its own, and we are experiencing very difficult issues still. We invite you to join us as we come together to bring joy and
bring some light to others who may be experiencing hardships.
